These terms govern your use of thuliedu.in and the courses, tuitions, consultations and services offered by THULI – That's How U Learn It (“THULI”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or enrolling in a programme you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

1. Using the website

• You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or access parts you are not authorised to.
• Content on the site — text, designs, code samples, logos and imagery — belongs to THULI or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
• We may change or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

2. Consultations and enquiries

Booking a free consultation is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm the day and time with you on WhatsApp or by phone. Consultations are free, last about 15 minutes and carry no obligation to enrol.

3. Courses, packages and tuitions

• Prices shown on the site are in Indian Rupees and may change. Discounts and limited-time offers are valid only for the period displayed and cannot be combined unless stated.
• Course duration, syllabus and schedule are indicative. We may adjust them to suit the batch while keeping the learning outcomes.
• Tuition fees are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Missed sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
• Certificates are issued on satisfactory completion of the programme, including any projects or assessments that form part of it.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying you agree to Razorpay's terms. We do not store your full card or UPI details.

5. Refunds and cancellations

• If you cancel before the first session of a course, we refund the fee minus any payment-gateway charges.
• After the first session, fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer to a later batch once, subject to availability.
• Monthly tuition fees are non-refundable once the month has started.
• If THULI cancels a programme, you receive a full refund or a transfer to an equivalent programme — your choice.

6. Your conduct as a learner

Be respectful to trainers and fellow learners. Recording sessions, sharing course material outside the batch, or submitting someone else's work as your own may lead to removal from the programme without refund.

7. Communications

By sharing your phone number you agree to receive calls and WhatsApp messages from THULI about your enquiry, enrolment and sessions. You can ask us to stop at any time.

8. Liability

We work hard to deliver quality learning, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as exam marks, placements or salaries. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a programme is limited to the fees you paid for it.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
