Delete your account
Request deletion of your THULI account and associated personal data from our website and mobile app.
How to delete your account
- In the THULI mobile app: open Profile → tap Delete account → confirm.
- On this website: sign in below and use the delete button on this page.
- By email: send a request from your registered email to thuli.edu@gmail.com with subject Account Deletion Request.
What we delete
- Your login account (Google sign-in link to THULI)
- Profile information (name, email on your profile, phone)
- Course resource access entitlements
- Tuition batch enrollments linked to your account
What we may keep
- Payment and transaction records required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance (up to 7 years where applicable)
- Anonymized records that can no longer identify you
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
